Vladimir Vinokur was born in Moscow in 1927. In 1939-1946 gg. studied at the Moscow Art School, then at the Institute of them. VI Surikov (1946-1952) at the BA Dehtereva, MS Rodionova, KI Finogenova. Exhibitions since 1952 works are in many regional museums.
